I have no idea about the deca helping or hurting...

Do some research on SAM-e and glucosamine/chondroitin. You usually have to take double or triple dose for it to be helpful (coming from a pharmacologist) but I take it and it helps immensely!!

Deca didnt help mine. Not saying it wont but what I am going to try now that seems to have good results is Prolo therapy (SP) They inject sugar water into the joints and it has a collogen building effect which is suposed to help with pain management (somehow)

Next week I am getting a refferal to talk to the pain management doctor and Ill see how it works.

Thanks for ur comments! I saw a neurosurgeon this morning bc my MRI results showed bulging discs and apparently arthritis bad enough 2 warrant the doc putting me on meds for it the rest of my life which I hope is a long time but still sucks!! Didn't wanna go the pain med route bc I'm only 25 so I thought i'd give deca a try bc i've heard it helps with joints... Again thanks to whom responded and if anyone else has any useful info I'd appreciate it!!
