I also don't believe that there is "ratio" of test/19nor needed to prevent any erectile dysfunction.

In my experience, as long as you have some exogenous test in your system, you should be fine

I've run Deca @ 800mg/wk with test @ 200mg/wk with no libido problems.

That is a misconception. You do NOT have to keep your 19-nor dosage higher then your test dosage. You merely need a test base to keep your mood and basic function on track.
