    looking for a keto diet that i can still do heavy cardio on... whats best?

    ive had major success with the dave palumbo diet in the past but i hate the feeling of being unconditioned from the low intensity cardio.

    whats a good diet for someone looking to keep carbs real low but still get in 45min of HIIT on most days?

    my stats
    im 23yrs old
    6ft 1
    271lbs at maybe 22%bf
    cycle experience- 3 days left in my first test prop cycle (8 weeks @100mg ed)
