So I am considering getting a protein powder and I am curious
about what mixture of casein versus whey I should get
and what types of casein along with what types of whey;
I am really looking for something to really speed up my recovery time so I can jog daily without getting real sore. Speeding up my recovery time is key.
Here are my goals:
LOSE BODY FAT
Tone up body muscle composition
Increased endurance and strength in my ability to run longer and farther
Here are my stats:

25yrs old

6ft tall
around 27% body fat
My strategy:
Cardio 5-6 days a week, of roughly 1 hour to 1.5 hours - consisting of outdoor jogging and then stationary bike
Weight training 3 days week (I'm not trying to get big and buff, really just looking for muscle tone) Working legs, back, chest
2500 calories/day
