Proviron and PCT

Hi...
I'm about to start my first cycle (i'm 29 y.o, 80kg, 11% BF):
weeks 1-10: Test E 500 mg/wk
weeks 1-4: D-bol 30 ED.
weeks 1-10: Proviron 50 mg ED
weeks 1-10: Nolvadex 20 mg ED
weeks 10-11: hCG 250iu ED

PCT:
day1: Clomid 300 mg, Nolvadex 20 mg & Proviron 25 mg (continue Proviron for
another 5-6 days).
day2-30:Clomid 100mg, Nolvadex 20 mg.
day 31-37: Nolvadex 20 mg.

The reason for the Proviron is that Aromasin is not available & L-dex is too expensive...so i need a sort of AI action at least in the begining of the PCT, but i dont want to continue supressing the gonads beyond the 1st PCT week.

IIRC, proviron in PCT is a no no, because it will interfere with HPTA I think. Secondly, clomid/nolva combo should be a good enough PCT anyways.

So should I use only nolvadex & Clomid or to put the extra effort for Arimidex?
I dont want it to cause estrogen rebound effect

Well, for a test/dbol cycle I think clomid/nolva combo is perfectly fine. I came off a test/deca/winny cycle about a month ago, and my PCT was nolva/aromasin, i've kept all my gains and am really happy.

If you were running a larger cycle with harsher compounds that shut you down hard, then yes you could consider a stronger PCT.

wk 1-2 Clomid 50mg/ED
wk 2-6 Clomid 25mg/ED
wk 1-6 Tamox 20mg/ED

Proviron can be used during PCT, but it actually suppresses some. Therefore, its not advised. I can use it and so can others without effecting my HPTA.

Other compounds to use in place of Proviron are herb which raise labido, such as Tribulas, LJ100, TongKat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis.

nolva 40/20/20/20

and during cycle you can run liquidex or exemestane as an ai, they will both help with water weight and gyno purposes.
