Ok I had a friend recommend winstrol to me to get in shape for summer I've already purchased it and don't want to waste it I need to know the best way to use it and what stack I should do and I can't seem to get a straight answer. I just turned 40 I am 5'8' and weigh 185 I wouldn mind putting on about 10lbs of muscle but no more I checked out the diet page and I can easily adapt to whatever diet is best suited. I don't want to have a major pct or any at all if I dont have to can someone help me out. I workout 4 days on 1 day off and run 4 miles 5 days a week. Can one you experienced guys give me some advice?
