second cycle (did 2 cycles of prohormones, now on 2nd cycle of real stuff)
age: 29
6'1"
215lbs
6% BF: I stay very lean, tend to gain a bit of water on cycle
diet: on point... 6-7 meals per day: 50g protien/ 80-120 carbs per meal: approx 5000 cals per day
So I'm on week two, trying to keep the doses as low as possible to still see some gains, yet use a few compounds to get things started quickly...
test enth 100mg/deca 200: 2x/week.......... weeks 1-10
test propinate 75mg QOD......................... weeks 1-10
test propinate 100mg QOD....................... weeks 11-12
PCT:
hcg 250IU Q3days week 11-14/15
novadex 40mg/day week 13-14/ 20mg/day week 15-16
clomid 70mg/day week 13-14/ 35mg/day week 15-16
(I did this PCT last time around, recovered beautifully, obtained bloodwork 4 weeks after PCT, levels looked very good)
