how to fill empty capsules? to split 25mg dbol capsule

I want to split a dbol 25mg capsule into two 12.5mg capsules, but it's such a pain in the ass and i was very clumsy trying to get the powder in a capsule. What is an effective way to get the powder all in a capsule without having it splatter everywhere by accident? I placed it on paper and trying scooping it in.

Your going to need an analytical balance if you want accurate measurements at the dosage

ohhhh nevermind, i thought you had like 5grams of raw dbol and wanted to cap it all up..I dont know what you should do, maybe not be so clumsy? lol
