First off, you need to drop that BF% down to around 12% for health reasons. A good cutting diet and cardio will help with that.
Also, I recommend you go to the doctor and get some bloodwork done, you may be eligible for HRT/TRT
Well sounds like your bf% is a little high but other than getting that down a bit with diet and cardio first I think a cycle of Test alone would yield great gains considering the time you have been off.
my body fat was done with one of those handheld devices, are they reliable? I eat very healthy already and was actually bulking a little for the winter and I am now looking to cut now. I was thinking some test and maybe something else. I react really good!
