Was curious, i am waiting on my t3/clen/keto combo to come in....and been constantly reading about T3. I know it will speed up the fat burning process up dramictly. But at the same time it eats away fat and muscle at the same time.
So my question wouuld be...can you keep the t3 at a minimal dose to keep from TOO MUCH muscle loss? ( i know there still will be some, just trying to keep it minimal).Lets say never go above 60mcg? Or would this just defeat the purpose of getting the T3?
