Wasnt sure if i should post here or in the anabolic forum. But descided here anyways, let me know if i should move this.
First question, Should i take the taurine 3 times throughout the day with meals? Or take all 5g one shot?
Second question, part of my daily vitamins/supp i take arginine. Should i countiue the arginine while on clen, or stop until i am off?
Third question is kinda the same as the second, i always take a pre-workout drink before hand. Right now im using NO SHOTGUN. Should i cont this or stop it also?
And potassium take only 100mg a day?
Ive searched for these answers and cannot find them.....if someone can help me great....im still reasearching them anyways.
