Hello there I am new to forum & I am jsut trying to figure out a diet to start cutting up.I thought I was eating right but what I read so for I guess I am not.I see post that members are not eating enough threw the day to burn fat very confusing.Here are some info on myself.

WORKOUT 4DAYS WK WITH WEIGHTS
4 DAYS OF CARDIO 30 MINS A DAY
ALSO HAVE A PHISHCAL JOB
Diet:am-3 egg whites 2 slices of whole wheat bread & bannaadd 3 whole eggs and 2 more whites--drop banana
lunch-turkey on whole wheat breadcould b better---but ok
dinner-grilled chicken or a steak salad baked potato.drop baked potato---add sweet potato
add atleast 3 more meals like dinner
and thats about it.As you can see I dont even think I am getting enough cals. a day
aNY HELP WILL BE GREAT.
