I heat up the vial every time I inject, i heat up some water in a bowl then leave the vial in for about a min.. Will this damage the effectiveness of the Test E in any way??

I wouldnt bother heating the vial. I just like to warm the loaded syringe under running water
To answer your question, it shouldnt damage anything

Why do you guys warm it? I just shoot it at room temp.

haha exact same here ..I use a 25 g 5/8 on the delts.. i tried just running the syringe under luke warm water, injected and didnt feel a thing.. I have a phobia of needles on me which is weird cuz I was a combat medic for the army and had no trouble fixing up people and stuff like that.. go figure..
