4-6 weeks is pointless, you will be stopping just about the time when the sustanon is really kicking in
Anyway here is a little backgroud of myself;
I am 23 years old
250lbs
6'6 (maybe 6'7)
I dont know my BF%post a pic
and i have trained off and on for years, now more regular than ever. Now i currently train on average 3-4 days a week with rest being one of my main focus.
I dont eat red meat, and prefer only chicken and fish. My diet isnt to specific, but i have been told by many body builders that with the correct training and discipline you can eat whatever you want ( to an extent )
they are full of shit, training and cardio can NEVER compensate for a bad diet, it's way to easy to get tons of calories from eating that would take hours and hours of cardio to burn through
I am looking to cut down some fat and increase mass, while helping to get through my plateau i have currently subsided into... Anyway, im just lookin for some insight, not a list of things i am doing wrong. Let me know what parts of this sound like they need some tuning or what i can do to improve my results.
Thanks!
