    Advice

    I am 6' 275 lift 5xWk Heavy, cardio hard mwf x15-20min, and light T/Th 10-15min. I am trying to cut back body fat and starting 2wks ago i went low/no carb. Every meal is some kind of protein, and the only carbs i get our from a protein wrap (big wheat tortilla) and muscle milk shakes before/after workouts. The question i am asking is it better to go all out cutting/bulking or can i see weight loss but keep strength gains for football with my current plan, i am clueless as to if the lack of carbs is hurting my size/mass gains in the gym?

    I would add the carbs back in and up the cardio by a considerable amount if your goal is to maintain strength and cut bodyfat.

    You can cut on a 40/40/20 diet just as easy as you can on keto. Instead of massively dropping cals adjust your cardio and play with that because when weight loss slows you can manipulate carbs fats and total calorie count.
