I am 6' 275 lift 5xWk Heavy, cardio hard mwf x15-20min, and light T/Th 10-15min. I am trying to cut back body fat and starting 2wks ago i went low/no carb. Every meal is some kind of protein, and the only carbs i get our from a protein wrap (big wheat tortilla) and muscle milk shakes before/after workouts. The question i am asking is it better to go all out cutting/bulking or can i see weight loss but keep strength gains for football with my current plan, i am clueless as to if the lack of carbs is hurting my size/mass gains in the gym?
