what was the advantage in blending that instead of eating it with a fork and having a glass of water with it?

thats a girls shake i put 6 raw eggs, 2lbs of raw london broil and to top it off a big old glass of goat piss. thats a mans shake...jk but seriously how did you get it all down

7 lb 8 oz of protein in one shot.

this is the DON! of all shakes for pre-bedtime-
4 whole brazil nuts
4 walnut halves
1 small tub of low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop of whey protien
1 whole egg
And mix in a blender with skimmed milk
i have it e/d before bed, its lush
