    First Cycle Gyno Symptoms

Nipples started itching today, and also look a bit puffy.. I have small lumps under my nipples from puberty and I always thought they were a little puffy or bitchy but people tell me im crazy. I've got Tamox and Arimidex on hand, from reading im thinking about starting tamox 40mg/ED and arimidex .5mg/EOD

    Test Prop 75mg/ED

I think your in a bad situation. I just stopped a prop cycle at 7 weeks because of gyno symptoms. I was more concerned about starting tamox and clomid and making sure that the gyno dosent get worse than pushing my luck with continuing the cycle with adex and let the circulating estrogen run its coarse. The way I look at it is I should of ran adex from start and it was best to get control of the gyno before it takes control of me.
If your a gambling man you can try to run the adex now and see how you feel in two weeks, it could clear it up. Either way do something ASAP!!

Ive heard that adex and tamox at the same time reduces effectiveness of each compound. I would mabe only run the tamox for a week if at all. Adex is a must while on cycle, especially if you had small lumps from puberty, which is a sign that you are gyno prone. Gj for having adex on hand though.

I would run ar-r's exemestane throughout the cycle and save the nolva for your pct. If you still have gyno after that run letro.

Run nolva at 40mg for 5 days, reduce it to 20mg until symptoms subside, then continue to run it for 10mg throughout the cycle, or once it subsides you can switch to adex.

So you think I should just run the nolva at 40mg/ED for 5 days then I can run adex .5mg/EOD for the cycle.. And wait to start the adex for the 5 days I go wit the nolva. Or shouuld I start both ?

If your nipples are sensitive right now then you need to jump on the a-dex immediately.

I would start @ 0.25mg/ed. You could also add in nolvadex simeltaneously to aid in reversal - 10mg - 20mg/ed w/ the a-dex will be a completely fine dosage. You won't need 40mg/ed, because the a-dex will be eliminating ~83% of estrogen..

Once the gyno symptoms subside I would stick to 0.25mg/eod of a-dex for the entire cycle (other then PCT).

And in the future always stick to @ least 0.25mg/eod of a-dex always. prevention is MUCH more effective, and less time consuming then continual reversal.

You have all the info you need. Keep running adex and give it some time to see if that helps.
