hey guys just made a diet change and am now eating more food than i ever have before.
4300 cal, 7 meals, 400 grams of protein
5-10, 215lbs
i have a severe alergy to whey protein so i cant eat any yogurt or cottage cheese or any of the other natural digestive aids.
i was wondering if i need a probiotic?
i am having mild stomach and intestonal pain and have very bad gas.
