    Refining My Diet

    Stats:
    22 years
    182 lbs
    9-10% BF
    Cycling Test E 500mgs weekly

    Goal:
Gain while keeping BF% less then or equal to 10%

    Activity Level:
I work out 6 days a week and am walking most of the time while at work for about 5 hours 4-5 days a week.

    Diet:

I think this is it. However I have gotten a few suggestions to lower my protein intake and increase carbs and fat slightly. Not sure how I feel about that... If you have a suggestion please do your best to explain the reasoning behind it so I can help pass on the info to others and make more informed decisions in my future diets. Thanks for the help!

Don't be offended because I didn't take your advice to remove the simple carbs post workout... The PWO simple carbs where suggested by a former Olympia competitor, Milos Sarcev, it worked for him and he trains other pro bodybuilders with the same diet. I am going to try it out for while and see how it goes.

I don't think the simple carbs PWO are his gripe with the diet.

Regardless of PWO nutrition; this diet is very high in sugar and low on complex carbs for sure.

my main suggestions are to replace the yogurt with a complex carb in the two meals you consume it, and also to add more greens. try spinach, broccoli, asparagus.

One other note, check the sodium content on the V8. Its been awhile since i had one but i remember they taste so salty.

As for your macro split you just gotta find what works for you. I personally respond to less carbs more fat.

Other then that give it a go for awhile and judge your progress. best of luck

Thanks for the tips! Would greenbeans and peas be good as greens? I mean I can eat peas and greenbeans all day but spinach not so much...

I am stocked up on low sodium V8. I know what you are saying about there being alot of sodium because there is quit a bit in the "low" sodium as well.

Edit: Forgot to mention something. I read a source that said yogurt was a complex carb, could someone confirm this for me? It may have been bogus info. If so then I will remove it from my diet as you suggested.

Ok I must be not seeing what you are talking about... What sources of simple sugars are you referring to? Ignore the Gatorade, I am going to dump it completely.
