I need some info. on carb choices. I want to start cutting for summer.
Here's my diet with carb choices:
Meal 1 (7:30AM)
Protein/Carbs/Fat --whey+egg/oats/almonds
Meal2
P/C --Chicken/broccoli
Meal3
P/C --Tuna/Lettuce
Meal4
P/C --Whey/oats+greek yogurt
Workout (4:00PM)
Meal5
P/C --Whey/Oats+banana
Meal6
P/C --Chicken/Broccoli
Meal7 (10:30PM)
P/F Casien/Walnuts
Questions:
1. Meal 2: Is there any harm in not eating carbs (broccoli) at meal 2? I usually eat a chicken breast and some broccoli. Am I better off with or without the broccoli if cutting?
2. Meal 4: Should I drop the yogurt? Its Greek high protein (14g. protein + 10g. carbs) I eat this with oats+whey. The carbs in yogurt are crappy sugar carbs right? Probably not good to eat at any time other than PWO?
3. Meal 5: After a workout I'm eating oats+banana. Do I need the banana here? I'm confused on PWO carbs. If I use oats and banana whats the ratio? 50/50?
