hello everyone, im new to this site and been reading alot of posts here and you guys seem to know your stuff. im having problem with my diet because i want to gain weight, im thinking of taking steroids soon but i need my diet in order and i need your help. i have been going to the gym for over 2 years now, i weigh 154 pounds and my goal is to add 2 stones (13 stones) and id be more than happy. my diet really sucks and i want you guys to lay me a 3500-4000 calories a day please, it is important to know i dont eat red meat etc because i only eat halal foods.also i have a fast metabolism. please anyone to lay down a good diet for me? thank you.
