Hmm I would say you probably could have got a little bigger naturally if your diet was a bit better. What are you hoping to achieve adding in the winny?

winny is traditionaly VERY effective. you dont need as much as most people think. especialy if its stacked with something else that is the main ingrediant to a cycle. due to winny's price it is uasally not the main ingridient. start with 25-50mg eod. i think youll be suprised how fast your stregnth jumps and youll see it in the mirror right away if your diet is on!

I would go with 50-75mg/ED, NOT EOD.
