    Damn cramps

Well I have been on clen for a month now. For the past week or so, I have been getting this sharp burning tense sensation in my shin, the bend in the front of my feet, and my calves while doing cadio. As soon as I start walking really fast or jogging it starts. I am also getting it when I workout too. I usually have to stop because it hurts too bad. I do stretch, take 4g of taurine a day, and drink 1-2 gal of water a day. Is there anything else to do to stop this from happening, besides stop taking clen? I'm guessing some potassium?

I already read all the guides...At least 20x.....

Is it shin splints... If soo not much to really do but wrap.

Not as knowledgeable as some with clen and the way it affects the body. But you mkae it sound like shin splints. Can't see how clen would cause that.

Because I'm getting them while lifting. How would you wrap? Any guide or readings?
What else to avoid shin splints?

Shin splints are tiny hairline fractures in your shins, usually caused high impact activities such as running (many athletes get them). If this is in fact what you have you can ice them every night. Also just do elliptical for cardio for a while to take some strain off your shins. Again, this is if you have shin splints. I suggest doing some reading on clen side effects to see if it is something caused by the clen.

Yeah as stated high impact stuff. Like running etc. KILLS ME. I run literally like 3 mins and my shins are so damn sore i can barely walk... My g/f had them bad playing field hockey when she was in highschool. She had to ice like stated and wrap any time she planned on running....

Is there anything I can do WHILE walking and jogging to stop the pain in the meantime? I will do the eliptical but I dread it. I will get some orthodics from the foot doc if anything. Thanks man

Yeah same here. I guess it's splints. I got them today and had to stop twice to stretch and it felt a lot better. I will get some orthodics. Do you have any suggestions for a good brace? You wear it while running right? I hear these are cause especially if you have flat feel which I do.

Yeah, potassium and magnesium won't hurt.

You say you have been running it for 4 weeks? Why not cycling it? Maybe get off of it for a couple weeks and get on an ECA stack?

    I'd try some potassium.

What would be the point of an taking an eca stack when that drains the receptors too?
Im on keto btw. No need to cycle

Ahh okay, didn't know you were on keto.

..and yeah, I knew it also drains the receptors, but I have heard of tons of people cycling clen/eca every two weeks with NO keto and it working for them.

Maybe just come off of it anyways? To get to the source of the problem?

I have been reading this whole time on splints and does sound like them. I highly doubt it is the clen though now. Thanks for the suggestion though.
I might as well try some potassium too

Yeah, can't hurt. (Unless you take too much, of course.)

    Interesting predicament.

    And all good advice!

If Clen is indeed the culprit (which is atypical, based this particular cramping location), though I’m assuming you ONLY incurred these problems after commencing Clen use…

...all of the above are viable remedies. Nevertheless, I'd recommend trying them separately to isolate your problem if possible, and if this fails then concurrently for a synergistic effect. In summation (with a couple of addendums):

    1. Generally speaking running/walking backwards eliminates shin splints because it literally reverses the pressure points…this is often employed by runners and my be effective here based on your description.
    2. Increasing electrolytes, but not just potassium - do so with all the primaries including sodium, magnesium, calcium as well…there are several great combo products in sound ratios often used by cyclists and located in their stores/areas.
    3. Obviously resting and icing, but based on your description this isn’t TRUE shin splints, i.e. micro tears caused by overuse & impactful pounding, but is rather Clen-induced.
    4. The reason you may experience resolution with Eph, even though both it and Clen act similarly on the Betas (although Clen on the 2’s and Eph on them all), is the same reason Eph doesn’t readily cause cramping in the first place…namely their specific differences, but remember Eph is indeed weaker.
    5. You might also try massaging the areas before, during and after training...for obvious reasons.
    6. And as a last resort, the inferior [virtually] no-impact elliptical, and the no-impact but also non-weight bearing (thus even more inferior) cycling.

Might I inquire as to your ht & wt, as load may be a factor with regard to the specific location of your cramping. If they are misaligned, a newer and/or perhaps better brand of running shoe in concert with some well-padded/high quality socks may contribute to relief.

    Best to you.
