Its been a while since I have been posting.
I read nearly 100 post on Oxandrolone but could not find specific info.
My question is TWO part. I am a Ultra-Endurance athlete NOT a body builder.
Part 1 is about some terminology with Oxandrolone.
Part 2 (bottom of post) is about cycle/dosage.
I just purchased 100 grams of Oxandrolone and I need some help understanding a few things.
Please see attached Lab report that my doctor friend here in Japan helped me obtain. If you can EXPLAIN what each part of the report means I would be very grateful!!
PART 1: What is the difference between USP 28 and USP 30???

Background:
Im living in Japan and am able to order anything I want for the most part. I have decided for several personal reasons to only take Oxandrolone.
I was thinking about taking a Primobolan And Oxandrolone stack but my best friend said Primobolan made him go crazy and he was taking 300MG a week. So I think I will go for just Oxandrolone.
I have not cycled in a few years but steadily go to the gym and endurance train. Im training now for some upcoming Ultra-Endurance events.
And no I don't care if anyone knows I did steroids. I'm not professional and just do these because I love these events.

PART 2 Question: What is a good dosage for an endurance athlete?
The Cycle I was thinking of doing is 100MG a day for 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off for 3 total cycles.
However recently I heard 60MG daily would be fine. I take so many supplements its crazy! Liver detox is not a problem. I also have a relationship with my doctor here in Japan where he is doing liver and cholesterol blood tests weekly on Fridays. Japan is great as doctor visits are only roughly $20.
