    Thumbs down How low can you go...

    Do they just keep on dropping the height of their pants or are their torso's growing so large from their 'non-use' of steroids?

    I know why the shirts are that long.....

    In some states in the US it has been made Illegal to walk around with your underwear showing. This was an attempt to stop these kids from looking so fvcking dumb..... however..... shirts were now extended to cover the underwear so no one had to change the way they look.

    End result..... they look like a 6'0" guy sitting on a midgets shoulders.....

    The XXXXXXL White Tee's are so they can fit their Mac-10s and Tec-9 street sweepers under there and conceal them. The baggy jeans also work well for concealing crack.

    That habit came from the US jails, already since decades.

    In some prisons, imprisoned are not allowed to wear any belts so this led those people to wear jeans around their waist.

    Once some of those guys came out from their penitentiary, they kept wearing jeans in that way since they were already used by years of imprisonment.

    I am speaking about black people here, who then were followed by others in the street till some "clever eye looking" fashion entrepreneur decided to make a business on it.

    This is the story.
