Tamox Reaction

Just wanted to share my experience for those on this board. I am on TRT and started getting sensitive nips.

I started a protocol of 40mg tamox a day. By day 4 I had blown up and my hands did not close well. Needless to say I stopped taking it.

A few weeks later I tried 20mg tamox daily. Similar experience but to a lesser degree.

I have not heard much of people having a bad reaction to it.

At this point, if the nips really get to be an issue I will get some letro.

Yes they were puffy and the skin felt wierd tight and my joints were stiff.

That is one of the possible, milder side effects from tamox in some people.

trying to address the start of perky nips.

My face puffing up real big did not seem mild...lol..

Get on some aromasin or adex instead. See how your body reacts..

yeah i did. got on aromasin. works well. no one seemed to have heard of such side effects so I wanted to post it here.

now just cyp 200mg wk, aromasin 12.5 mg eod, and 250mg hcg 3x wk.

Tamox will help with gyno by attaching to the estro receptors in breast tissue but it will not "fully" reduce the rise in estrogen that hcg will cause.
An AI will help with this rise in estrogen. Hcg can also increase estro by other means as well.

OK...
But that depends on how many units of HCG are you running...
If you use 1000ui/e3d before the PCT, there'll be no problem, unless you're exceptionally prone to gyno

For people who still use 2500ui or 5000ui in one aplication... That's where it would be factible to use an AI.

Tomoxifen is also used for gene expression in mice models for research. You could possibly have a predisposed underlying condition with one or more of your genes. The Tomoxifen might be negatively reacting with this gene within your cells. Might wanna just lay off for awhile.

Out of curiosity though, Have you recently used IGF or HGH also?
