    Trouble Sleeping

Good morning all. So it's 3 am and this is pretty much the 5th day in a row that I've woken up too early and couldnt get back to sleep. I'm 3 days out...does this happen to anyone else?

Sometimes i have the same problem wake up somewhere between 3 to 4 or 5ish cant get back to sleep.

A few tips I could think of would be, never nap! And also use your bed for sleep only and don't lay in it until you're going to sleep. I'd say get some exercise, but if you're 3 days out I'm thinking u get plenty Avoid stimulants if you're on any, and avoid exercise up to 4 hours prior to bed time if possible. These are all pretty newbie tips I'm sure you already know, but I'm just trying to help. Good Luck.

I'm right there with you. I'm 17 days out and my sleeping has been screwed up for weeks. I am taking tren but I think it's more than that. I'll wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning and have cardio on my mind. I was at the gym doing cardio at 5am for several days straight without ever setting an alarm. Oh well. In a few weeks things will be back to normal.

Thanks for the help all. I've tried the suggestions above, I think it's the over training combined with excitement...ah well 3 more days.

i was there bro. what helped me for a little bit was GABA. helps u go right into REM and keeps you asleep for hours. i used it before my show a year ago and helped me a lot, i had troubles with insonmia but mostly cuz of tren and also what you are experiencing....excitement, focus and so much to do in one day! good luck at the show
