    Test cyp, Test Prop, Winny...???

    I am looking into my first AAS cycle after doing a few PHs. Looking for lean, dry gains, not a ton of mass. I have been doing so much research, and I feel as though I am going in circles. Originally I was going to do a Winny only cycle for 6-8 weeks with some Nolva PCT (simple). It seems that no one recommends this for lots of reasons. I am now just confused after months of research. Test only? (Cyp or Prop)?, Test with Winstrol, 8 weeks Test with Winstrol only last 6 weeks, adding Arimidex on cycle or just during PCT.

    Being my first cycle, not knowing exactly how these are going to affect my body, am I best off doing Test only? Prop, Cyp...?? Winny only or a combo of both? Or should I switch it up completely?

    PCT with both Clomid and Nolva? AI needed? HCG?

    Any help would be appreciated, if anyone has had success with this type of cycle as a novice, a sample cycle would be great...

    Great job on the research!!!! I would run test prop for 10-12 weeks at 500 mgs a week. See how that works for you then stack on later cycles. The reason for prop is that if the sides show up it clears your system fast.

    Ok, gona switch it up to a test prop only cycle to start. I really want to avoid bloating and the chance of gyno. Is it a bad idea to run Nolva and/or A-Dex and/or HCG on cycle? Or should I just have these on hand in case?

    As for PCT, is nolva alone enough?

    What dosage of Prop you gonna run?

    i was going to run 100mg EOD. For the lean dry gains, it that best to run alone?

    The only problem wth prop as first cycle is that there is a bunch of injections. I love prop now but dont think I could have started the learning curve of injections with prop. I was scared and wanted as few injections as possible. It took me some time to develop the locations of lats, delts and chest. I think a strong dose may be hard to run prop on glutes and quads alone.

    I am not all too excited about the injections, but I know its a necessary evil. Is the fact that it leaves the body quickly to avoid sides worth the extra injections? How often would Cyp be run and do different types of test yield a much different result as far as bloat, sides etc.?
