    how much more muscle need

    this is my brother .how much more muscle does he need

    what are his goals. he has good genetics so it might be hard for him to gain weight. keep him away from as for a few years. let him get his natural potential.

    I agree...how much more muscle does he need for what?...To become a prof. bodybuilder 170 or so, if he wishes to wiggle through my attic/walls and do some wiring in my house non...good luck in whatever he wishes to accomplish.

    well then he needs to decide what weight class he wants to wrestle at. then shoot for that. in my op with his height he should shoot for 180+

    BIGGER DEFINATELY IS BETTER, BUT NOT WHEN YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT WRESTLING, BECAUSE IF HE PUTS ON ENOUGH WEIGHT FOR THE HEAVIES, THEN HE BETTER ADD THE POWER TO GO ALONG WITH IT. IT'S NOT EASY TRYING TO COME UP AGAINST ME, WHEN YOU'RE NOT FIT FOR IT! 20-30 IBS. SHOULD DO HIM GOOD.

    I would say he should get to around 210 lbs. At 6'1 and if he keeps a low body fat, he will look great.
