    Think i reached a plateau

    With the help of some guys from here i been on the right diet, and exercising regularly sinse january i have dropped 30 pounds, but seems like these last 2 weeks i have stopped loosing i now keep jumping back and forth between 210 and 215,,, what can i do to jump strt the body back into burning fat

    Well, before you change anything, I'd start tracking progress with pictures because once you lose the "easy weight" - it's hard to gauge progress based on the scale. If you're gaining strength in the gym and regularly eating big, clean meals - your weight will fluctuate due to the density of muscle as compared to fat and water retention/colon weight. Take some pictures and compare them to new ones in two weeks. If at that point there's no change, you've likely hit a plateau.
    If that's the case, I recommend taking a week off from your diet. Don't go crazy and binge or eat doughnuts; simply relax and eat plenty of everything aside from sugar and saturated fat. After said week is over, get back on the horse with an increased caloric deficit and/or some more cardio. Remember, you've lost 30 lbs, so you likely don't need as many cals as you did back in January.
    Also, it would help if you posted your diet. In order to actually get lean and not just lose the love handles, it's important that everything be dialed in perfectly and you weigh/portion out all your food accordingly.

    diet is in here, work out is from 7pm to 9pm only diference is i added a whey shake right after workout and moved the casein shake to right before bed
