    Please instruct me!!!!! Im stuck.....

    Hi guys, I hope I can get some advice and instructions from you. Im 22 years old, 6'2 height, and weigh 210 lbs. I been chubby my entire highshool years and was always determined to do something about, but always to lazy. I used to weigh 250 lbs, and was able to knock 40 pounds off naturally. I been working out for the last 4 months at the gym. Mon,tues, wed off, thur, fri, and satm sun off. My body and strenth overall has changed. But nothing extreme or satisfying to me. I still have some fat and still cant take my shirt off and feel comfortable. I am seriously considering in taking anything to just loose these extra 20 pounds and start to biuld and shape my body.

    My questions now are!!!

    1- I reached a point where im stuck at 210 lbs, what can I take to get rid of this weight, I wanna loose an extra 15-20 lbs.

    2-I heard of something called clen, whats that?

    3- What diet 2 do?

    3- I know nothing about suplements and shakes of any kind, I really want to take them but, what to take to help with me loosing weigh and biulding clean lean muscles?

    PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADVISE ME AND INSTRUCT ME CAUSE IM LOST. THANX

    diet diet diet,thats what it is all about bro,go to the diet forum and read the stickies put together a diet to reach your goals and post it up for critique. and welcome to the forum

    Looks like everyone is talking about the diet uh? I will read more in the diet section, set up a diet plan and strictly follow it, and I'll keep y'all posted, thanks for the input!!!
