hello all, i just recently got 200 pills of 25mg VAR. i am gonna start the cycle next week. just curious as to see what people think i should do to get to the goals i want.
Little background. im 27 yrs old, 5'11" 155lbs. been training for a long time. started a few months ago eating cleaner again. i have a very fast metabolism and about 8% bodyfat. i know what i am doing with workouts since i used to train with 3 trainers who know a lot about what they do. now my goals are i want to gain about 10-15 lbs of clean muscle weight. i know if i take in a high protein/ clean calorie diet i can gain some weight just using the VAR and still have the shredded look i want. now friends have been telling me that i should stack it with other stuff but i really dont like injections and would have to have a friend give them to me when needed. the one thing that came to mind would b to stack with deca. but not sure.
I would like some advice on what doseage i should use taking the VAR and how much protein/calories i should be intaking. and if u think i should stack it with something please let me know your opinions.
o and i want to keep most of my gains. i dont want to blow up and then lose it when i stop. and also be low on the side effects if stacking.
