Serious gyno question - need advice

Got a nice fat lump under my right nipple. Took 2.5mg letro ED for 5 weeks and it didn't shrink it at all. Perhaps it was fake Femara...no idea. Anyhow, about to start another cycle soon - enth/winny. I'm a bit concerned that it will grow even more if I am not on the proper AI. Need some suggestions here. I have A-dex and nolva on hand. Will that keep it at bay or should i try letro again (but the liquid kind this time)?

I would try stane. ARR sells it. Its the best ai to run during cycle. Im gyno prone and am on cycle now and been runnin adex at .50mg's eod and my nips are still starting to hurt a bit.

Anyone else? It's either that I take some AI and go on cycle with this lump or I give letro reversal another shot.
