i am trying to set up a diet for my mom she is 60 5ft5 120lbs bf 33% i know how to get bmr and tdee but she has such high bod fat and only ways 120 so a cutting diet would not be good i dont think. her bf is so high from loose skin from ageing so once i have here tdee should she eat 500 cals over to help her or should she at her tdee number? please help it will be a 40/40/20 split with the macros
