    Nutrition

Nutrition is a very important part of staying shape, one may even argue it is the, most important part. I know everyone has seen the people that go in the gym day after day, and their body never changes. The problem with most of these people is their eating habits; for instance, the kinds of food they eat, how many times they eat a day, and the size of their meals. One of the most common mistakes of a person, just starting to working out (mostly, bodybuilding) is that they eat too much, and don't proportion meals properly, causing most newbies to gain too much fat. This technique of just stuffing your face with what ever you can get your hands, ultimately results in a bloaded look. usually, you will have to Cut down and start over again, wasting all the clean gains you could have had, if you would have followed a few basic eating rules.

Is there a question in this? Personally I think it makes more sense to eat more than enough and cut weight later but im only on my first cycle. Not eating enough and thus getting the minimum gains, doesn't seem smart.

    PRIMARY OPTIONS
    OLD SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY:
Eat nearly EVERYTHING in sight; as much and as often as possible while lifting heavy, then cut back down later.

    NEW SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY:
Eat MORE than ENOUGH to feed anabolism, but keep the calories clean - promoting less fat intake; a closer to presentation weight and; less stringent cutting requirements.

    BEST CHOICE
    Neither!
Both are equally viable, thus what’s best depends upon individual preferences. The former (Old School) requires greater dieting time and discipline.

If you are hitting a cycle, it's best to get the most of our your hard earned $$$. Eating is a big part of getting the most of your cycle. What I did recently was bought a professional meal plan for two months which will help me eat the correct food. It has everything, recipes, how much to eat, etc. I eat breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack. Then I also drink protein drinks in between meals. Good stuff, get the most out of your $$$. Google meal plans.
