deca, and anabol (dianabol)

im going to start a new cycle of deca and anabol but i never stacked in my past cycles so i was wondering how to start this one off. this is about to my my 4th cycle but my previous cycles were of anabol only. so my question is how do you combine a stack when using orals and injectibles? would i need to be on orals (anabol) for a few weeks before starting injectibles? (deca) or start them both the same day?

my previous cycles were anabol same as dianabol and my gains have always been substantial! i would average about 3-6 pounds of muscle during 4 or 6 week cycles.
my previous pct's i would do 20mg novaldex and .5mg of arimidex a day and id feel normal again by the 2nd week of my pct. hope this helps
