Im in my 9th week on test e 250 every 3 days.
I started at 140lbs and now im at 175. My diet is still in check, although i just got a flu and lost 3 lbs. I'm working out 6 days usually, 5 days when i throw and extra rest day in.
I'm getting a little nervous in my 9th week and have been reading a lot on what to do to keep as much of my gains as possible. I know there is water retention, but i have not gotten fat during the cycle.
I was thinking of running some winstrol for 6 weeks starting now, but don't want to do anything stupid. I was hoping someone here could guide me a little. I would of course extend my original 12 week cycle of test to 15 to run with the winstrol. I have oral and injectible.
Im worried about losing too much of my hard work. I can assure anyone trying this for first time...AAS is no majic....eating and hard work has gotten me to where im at.
I have my PCT ready to roll and plan on eating over my maintenance levels during my PCT. I dont need to have a super hard or cut body for summer. I would rather keep more gains and keep a little weight on myself until my next cycle.
Any input would be great....especially on adding the winstrol.
Oh yeah so far pretty much very minimal sides. some acne on chest and shoulders but have killed that with a bleach bath and good scrub couple times a week. My nipples have been a little sore but no lumps or knots or anything behind the nipples. My strength gains aren't super huge but i think they are great. my bench was like 185x3 now 225x10. Sex drive is through the roof!!! I do love that...holy shit...I have never lasted longer...lol...anyways thanks for any help.
