Hey Bros,
first things first:
My stats
- 26 years old
- 6'2” 230lbs
- About 14% bodyfat
- Been training hard for 7 years
- 4 previous cycles; one every year from 05 to 08. I've used Test E, Test P, Oral Winny (kidney pains), Oral Turinabol(kidney pains), Anavar (DESTROYED my hair, still recovering), and Clen.
Goals for the cycle
- Drop bodyfat to 9%
- Keep all of my remaining hair
- Use the momentum gained from this cycle to stay lean for a while.
I probably started using gear when I was too young (21 yrs old), and I didn't have the mental strength to deal with the crash that came afterwards. I also started using more and more gear in every cycle and still got less and less results because my mind wasnt focused during training anymore. So I decided to stop using gear until I felt mentally ready to use it properly.
I've done some research in the forums. So short cycles are all the rage now? Good, I always felt that gains tapered off after about 6 - 8 weeks and HATED the crash after a 15 week cycle. The 2 year break hopefully gave my receptors a chance to fully recover, so I am planning to run the following conservative cycle:
Week 1 – 7
- Test P 100mg EOD
- A-Dex 0.25mg ED
- Zinc 50mg ED
Weeks 2, 4, 6
- Clenbut 100mcg or Albut 8mg ED (can't decide on which yet, haven't used Albut before, could use some feedback here.)
Weeks 5 – 7
PCT:
Weeks 1 – 4
- Nolva 50mg ED
- Zinc 100mg ED
Week 1- 2
- Albut 8mg ED for its anti-catabolic effect
Not sure whether to add A-Dex and HCG to PCT. I'd also like to avoid Clomid if possible, as it really really REALLY messes with my head. Could use some feedback here.
To fight hairloss I use Xandrox 5% and 15%+ (a mix of Fina, Minox and some other ingredients) from minoxidil.com, as well as their 3% Ketoconazole Shampoo. I also take 1500mg of St Johns Wort for mood support; it works very well for me.
I am undecided on whether to do another 7 week cycle after I finish PCT. Guess it will depend on the results.
As you can see a very conservative cycle. What do some of the veterans here think?
Thanks for the help,
jnickson
