I have done the BMR calcs and added activity to the mix.

Around 2500(calculated) is my break even, however after carefully logging my real eating I range from 2 to 2500, but don't lose weight(or gain..)

So, assuming I wanted to gain I am thinking that if I stay in the 2500-2700 range I should gain since it seems like my real daily calorie burn is less than 2500 based on experience.

Seem reasonable? If I eat 2500 calories I am pretty much "full" all the time. I only eat lean/whole food (brown rice/chicken/fish/oats/eggs/shakes). Supp with a multi, fish oil and BCAA.

I am NOT on AAS but figure you guys are pretty serious about your shit.
