Fellas, about a year ago I was diagnosed with low T after some extra bloodwork at my yearly physical. I was prescribed 5 grams and then 10 grams of Androgel to offset the low T. My GP referred me to an Endo who took me off of everything to get baseline bloodwork done that wasn't done with my original diagnosis. I was off of the Androgel for 6 month and all bloodwork is finally complete. The Endo says no additional hormonal treatment but my GP has agreed to continue with the 10 grams of Androgel. Now that I am taking the Androgel again what supplements do you recommend I take to get the best benefit from the extra T. I am interested in improving my body composition, building muscle and reducing body fat and not afraid to put in the work. FYI, I plan on visiting with Dr Crisler this fall but do not have the $$$$ to do it now.
