I think I started doing this before I was educated enough. I bought 100 iu's of Somatropin and I was told that if I just take that (2 iu's per day) that it would help me with healing, health, and good fat burning and muscle tone. It sounded good so I went ahead and started taking the Somatropin by itself. Now, since I've joined this website, I am noticing that there are other things that I should have taken. Can anyone shed light on this for me. Am I good just taking the small amount of Somatropin, or should I be adding some supplements to my doses ??
