    Best appetite suppressor?

Im looking for some super strong shit. Also something to help speed up my metabolism.

I was looking at clen. It seem to be excellent with a good diet. Im going to go on a super strict low calorie diet and I want to loose major fat. I have read tons on clen and it seems to work well. But just wondering if there is betters stuff to suppress my appetite.

    My stats are

    6’3”
    215lbs
    18-20% body fat

Im buying something by the end of this week so I need to know what you recommend.

P.S. I have done my reading and know what all to buy and do to ward off the clen side effects. Also i already know how to dose it.

    Thanks,

    Shadow

it really dissapoints me when people say im buying something next week forsure to lose fat... but to answer your question caffeine pills supress appetite during the day you can pop 100-200 mg or for the night buy a pack of sleepy time camomille tea and brew yourself a liter of that shit drink it all night with little squirts of lemon

and just a little input about clen : there are numerous posts about accidents that happen while young fat guys were on clen and falling from the threadmill with ridiculous heart pumps and pain. Come to hospital they were diagnosed with heart inflamation and other cadio problems which you really dont want dude i assure you the extra natural effort is a way better choice than a chemical risk-taking experience .. keep the clen idea to reach a further more professional goal like from 10 to 8% you will have a much stronger vascular system and a far more developed knowledge.

Take it or leave it cheers bud And good luck

Hunger suppression is easy if you eat things like plain oatmeal, plain skinless chicken breast, tuna, egg whites, and especially fibrous vegetables like broccoli. I'm having a heck of a time trying to eat what people tell me I should be.

You sure you wanna spend money and deal with those other effects?

F all that bs. Let me give you the only advice you need.

Go in your g d fridge and cupboard and throw all that shit away that is making you fat. I know they are full of ice cream, little debbie cakes, meatballs, burgers, whole milk, shit like that.

Now go to the store with a shopping list. I will give you a few off the top of my head:

    Fat free yogurt
    Fat free cream cheese
Healthy crackers (multi grains and whole wheat)
    Frozen chicken breasts
Dried beans various types.. i prefer the black eyed peas myself with pepper
    Canned beans various types.
Several things of chunky soup, split pea soup, bean soup. None of these should have more than 50 fat calories a serving. These are only for when you are too lazy to cook etc.
    Several packets of oatmeal
    Yams
    Brown Rice
    Pasteurized egg whites
    Skim Milk
    Low Sodium V8
    Any vegetables you want
    A thing of bananas
    Diet sodas

Ok now if you do that there will be nothing to tempt you in your house. Now occasionally you are going to break down and go eat stuff out of your house. Life happens. Now you go on every website for fast food places and restaurants you frequent and you check the menu for whats high protein / low fat. Grilled chicken sandwiches are sometimes ok. Taquitos are not terrible at taco bell. Its not the healthiest thing, but an original chicken sandwich at BK with no mayo is one of my guilty pleasures, sometimes i even eat a mcdouble with no cheese at mcdonalds (sometimes all you have is a buck in your pocket and hunger). If you do eat fast food.. always with no mayo.. no cheese.. no sauce.. etc. Always and I mean always one item. No drinks. No fries. Drinks you say "cup of ice water". Diet drinks also ok.

Best of luck and if I can say one more thing.. don't give up. It takes time to whip the diet thing. It takes time to whip lifting. But you have to keep trying. Thats whats important. Been lifting 10 years and nowhere near where I want to be. Doesn't matter though because I haven't given up and I'm not going to. Going to keep getting better and stronger at all of this.

LOL. I honestly wish i could do that. But i live with my mom and dad. Im only 20 still going to college. So i think they would be a little pissed if i did that. And thanks for the support man. Ill go today and buy all healthy food. Staying on track is what my fat ass needs to do but when all they cook is Hamburger helper the shit is hard when you have no time to cook with school work. My classes end in about 2 weeks and im gonna live at the gym. And hopefully i can stay out of the house alot. And that will keep my fat ass away from the fridge.
