Thanks guys! Ive been eating probably a little too much, Ive lost my six pack haha. My chest is really lacking im trying to get it out.
Stick with a heavy bench. Warm up good break a sweat. Flat or incline switch them up 10,8,6. along w deep flys, 10,10,10. Dumbell presses good squeez 10,8,8. I'm shure u know all that but I know its verry hard for some people not to follow a basic routien.. Find you perfect weight to use, and keep trac of your lifts it may take a few weeks to tweek it how it works best for you. Keep it basic, simple, and heavy. Just me .02
