ok guys, been doing heavy deadlift for about 4 weeks in a row. Now 2 weeks ago i did 3 plates which was my max iv done for 4 reps. The next day i was sooooore to the max, couldnt bend over ect like a big leg workout.
Anway took me till the next week back day to fully recover, and i decided to go heavy again, did the same with 4 reps but while doing it i didnt feel as strong.. basicly forced it out. Now im sore just like last week. Im not sure if i tweaked sumthing or what cause during the lift everything was all good. Just the next week was sore and also this week.
