Right Im 32, bout 5"11 and average build. Been gyming it now at least 5 times a week for the last 5 months. Diet is ok..., drinkin mass builder with milk and egg protein shakes with daily supplement of creatine which ive just stopped because its time to take a break from the creatine after 11 weeks of taking it. Trouble is im only noticing small gains. I do have a high metabolism but im still looking to see a 'reasonable' notice in difference after this time. I dropped my cardio a little in the last few weeks to see if i could increase in weight but nothing has really made me happy. So, mate of mine was suggesting a 'add' a little something to get those gains. To be honest i dont think i could ever inject but perhaps i could be persuaded on some tabs instead. ive done a little research on the net and cant really find anything apart from Winnie V. In not looking to be massively huge in size but i would like to increase in width and have good definition. Can give me some advise on the oral products out there, perhaps from experience? Would I need to do a cycle with these or would one course be enough if i carry on working out hard afterwards. Side effects would have me concerned as would any, plus dont want to take anything too strong that would mess me up. As said, new to this, so apologies if some of my questions seem a little naive.
