Hey guys im about to cut here in a month after my body recovers some more from my last bulking cycle. I'll be using Clen, Masteron, and Winny during the cut.
During bulking I lifted 2x a week per bodypart and found it worked best but for cutting im not sure if I should take a different approach. Should I stick to this or switch to 1x a week split? Here's what i was thinking:
Day1: Chest, Abs
Day2: Legs
Day3: tris/traps, abs
day4: Back
day5: bis/calves, abs
day6: OFF
REPEAT
Cardio will be 5 days a week (so every ON day besides legs) My goal is a super low bf and lots of strength. Hopefully the winny and masteron can help me with that while the clen, diet, and cardio can clear up the fat for me.
