Hello all, I am also a newbie, thinkin of a first time cycle of AAS as well. any advice would be awsome thnks.
INFO: 23YRS been training since i was 16yrs old, 189 lbs 15% B.F. I eat well, around 240-300g or protien a day,HIIT cardio 3xs a week, lift 4-5 day a week, i topped out at around 205lbs but im cutting not (would explain why im 189lbs now) .I want to get leaner around single digit B.F. like 9 or 8%. what AAS would you recomend? Ive done some research, and I keep seeing that for first cycle test E OR CYP is reccomended.......![]()

But i do want to get bigger, up to 230 lean, but i was affraid that the AAS would make gain B.F. alot easier. I mean im gonna go sooner or later.maybe it isnt the right time. so should i get leaner before I do a cycle? or could I do test and clen?
