How can you tell the difference between gyno and just plain old fat that can be lost?
i remember reading somewhere that if you pinch it and your fingers can meet then it is fat, whereas if you can't then its prob gyno.
Examine yourself bro and see if you feel any lumps above, below or on the sides of your nips. Also, is there any sensitivity to speak of?

Are you currently running a cycle??
yes i am currently running a cycle test prop and tren ace and no lumps or sensativity, just started the cycle so im not too worried about it right now, however i do know that my body fat % needs alot of work as well as my diet, i just wanted to know how to tell the differnce so i know if im starting to get it or i just need to do some cardio lol
I have alot of fat in the nipple area as a result of being overweight for so many years... very frustrating and i was worried about gyno as well.
did you get rid of it , or are you still dealing with it? luckly i have really only been over weight for about a year. im not sure why i let myself go and i gained 40 lbs in like 6 months now im trying to lose it and its not as easy as it was to gain it lol
