Not exactly. Here's what happened, the first pic was 10 weeks into a bulk cycle consisting of deca and test. I was eating a little over 5000 calories, with zero cardio. I was putting on soo much fat it was crazy. I was actually pretty lean with visible abs prior to the before pic. Anyways in the last 5 weeks of that cycle which ended in January, i started cutting. I've also been using clen and OTC fat burners, along with a generally strict diet and a lot of cardio. So out of the 3 months of cutting, I was on cycle for 5 weeks.
My diet was :
Meal 1:
1 whole eggs (6g Pro, 5g Fat, 173 Cal) 9 egg whites (36g Pro, 144 Cal), 1/2 cup quick oatmeal (27g Carb, 3g Fat, 5g Pro, 148 Cal), Eggs fried in 1 tbspn of virgin olive oil (14g Fat, 120 Cal)
Pro: 47g | Carb: 27g | Fat: 22g Total kcal: 585
Meal 2:
1.5 cans of tuna in sunflower oil (59g Pro, 18g Fat, 414 Cal), 1/2 cups green beans (5g Carb, 1g Pro, 22 Cal) , tbspn of flax oil (14g Fat, 130 Cal)
Pro: 60g | Carb: 5g | Fat: 32g Total kcal: 566
Meal 3:
10 oz grilled chicken breast (60g Pro, 8g Fat, 320 Cal), 1 cup cooked brown rice (5g Pro, 45g Carb, 2.5g Fat, 216)
Pro: 65g | Carb: 45g | Fat: 10.5g Total kcal: 536
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Shake (46g Pro, 76g Carb, 16g Fat, 630 Cal)
Pro: 46g | Carb: 76g | Fat: 16g Total kcal: 630
Meal 5:
10 oz chicken breast(60g Pro, 8g Fat, 320 Cal) , 1 cups Veggies (10g Carb, 2g Pro, 44 Cal) , 1/2 cup cooked brown rice (2.5g Pro, 22.5g Carb, 1g Fat, 108 Cal).
Pro: 64.5g | Carb: 32.5g | Fat: 9g Total kcal: 472
Meal 6:
zero carb shake(50g Pro, 1g Fat, 210 Cal)
Pro: 50g | Carb: 0 | Fat: 1g Total kcal: 210
Grand total
Pro: 332.5g | Carb: 185.5g | Fat: 90.5g Total kcal: 2999
But these last few weeks i've reduced my protein intake to about 200 grams or so (just guessing), because I cannot stand eating all those eggs and tuna everyday, so i've reduced the protein sources a little, and it's working out fine. I'd guess my caloric intake is probably around 2400-2500 now give or take.
Off the top of my head without macros it's:
meal1: 15 grams zero carb protein (before AM cardio)
meal2: 8 egg whites, 1 yolk, half cup of quick oats
meal3: 1 can tuna in sunflower oil, 1 cup green beans, 1 tbspn of flaxseed
meal4: half a whole grilled chicken, 1 cup of rice
workout
meal5: truemass shake, 3 scoops
meal6:half a whole grilled chicken, half cup of rice
meal7: 50 grams protein shake, zero carb
Along with multivitamin, fish oil, all the essential supps...
Cardio: 65 minutes e/d, minimum 5x per week, 45 minutes am cardio, 20 min PWO
Training split (not really sure of some of the workout names, so bare with me ha):
Chest/bi: incline barbell or dumbells, flat barbell or machine, thomson machine, machine or cabled flys, finish off with dips. Standing barbell curls, preacher curls, dumbell curl
upper back/tri: Bar pulldown, sitting cable pullback, t-bar, barbell pullbacks?, dumbell kickback?. Skullcrushers, cable pulldown, then maybe a machine or the rope.
shoulders/traps: barbell press or dumbell press, barbell side raise or machine, barbell presses behind the neck, some machine no idea what it's called, finish off with another machine that extends my arms all the way from front to back
lower back/forearms/calves: Romanian deadlifts, lower back dips with added weight?. Minibarebell for forearms, forearms upright and then reverse. Sitting and then standing calf raise.
quads: Machine or barbell squats, leg press, V-squat, laying hamstring machine, standing hamstring machine.
Sorry for not knowing the name of some of the workouts or machines...

All I can say is wow... I didn't make that kind of progress in 1.5 years, let alone 3 months! That's insane! Not to take ANYTHING away from your hard work (because the diet is hardcore!), but how much would you estimate the clen and other supps. you were taking helped? I'm just wondering if when I go back to cutting I should be helping it along a bit?
Also - what did you weigh at the start, and now? Do you know how much BF% you dropped?
Diet and cardio aside, clen and the fat burners helped a lot, totally worth it. Throughout the day i'm sweating like an animal. I don't know how effective OTC fat burners are, but I don't consume caffeine, so I thought what the hell, atleast i'll get a kick out of the caffeine they contain (equivalent to 6 cups of coffee per day).

LOL.Again great progress never the less.Still got to the hard work.I just started clen & was asking around the forum about throwing in fat burners.Alot of members were against it.They said it would elevate my heart even more with the fat burner.So far pretty good with both.Having great workouts.I hope my progress is good as yours at the end of my cutting.
Well i've been taking 120mcg of clen e/d for 5 weeks, along with the maximum dose of the fat burner. My heartrate is fine, when I started the clen it took me like a week to get used to it.
I think as long as your heart isn't racing and you don't feel like you're going to pass out or something and drink LOADS of water, you'll be ok. Also supplementing with a good multivitamin stopped the muscle cramps.

You have some solid muscle, You'll look bad ass once you hit below 10 percent.
If you care to bother, you can get some injectable L-carantine from the hunting and equestrian range near 360 mall to assist with fat loss.
And GH does well long term with bf% if you ever decide to go that route.

There's a pharmacy in Fintas, opposite mcdonalds, and right next to some Thai food restaurant, that had it I think. There's 7 pharmacies or so in Fintas, i'm sure one of them has it.
I'll check out the carantine, i've had people telling me about it. No GH anytime soon, i'll save that for way down the line, plus i'm a student and I couldn't afford it anyways lol.

Yes I started a test enth & Prop/winny/t3/clen cycle around 9 days ago now.
So far the results are amazing. I'm actually shocked at how fast i'm dropping fat. Only running the t3 @ 50mcg e/d too.
Nice, what type fo prop are you using? Thats alot of compounds, get you bloods checked every month to keep control of your health.

So I went to the pharmacy as you directed me to for the Anti-E, I had zero luck. I tried a few more with no luck either.
How did you manage to find aromasin?
Going to run it for 12 weeks. Prop is from Thailand.
I never actually bought the aromasin here, because I already had some on hand from my holiday to the U.K, but I asked the pharmacy and they said they didn't have it at first. I used the actual drug name Exemestane, and they understood and said they had it.
I guess I should have done that instead of naming all the anit-e's out there.

I went to thailand to get some gear a couple months back. Bonavar, Testolic, DS d-bol, a bunch of other stuff.
