Kinda depends on how much fat you are carrying to begin with. Two lbs per week is usually pretty close to the upper limit but your diet needs to be dialed in perfect and you need to be knocking out some cardio.
Yeah I heard the 2 lbs limit but I hear that's the maximum you can lose a week while being on nothing and eating right. I am talking about if you add the AAS an hgh could you possibly get up to 3 lbs a week?
you have 6 threads already that all gave pretty much the same answer, you shouldn't be using gear yet.
If you want to lose fat you don't need AAS. Watch your diet, cardio and supplement.
